()

LET THEM COME TO ME -- Pastor John Pedersen holds two sets of twins he baptized last month during a 3 p.m. worship service at Sovereign Grace Church, 149 Centennial Road, Gettysburg. From left are Abigail Foster, Noah and Joshua Morton and Lydia Foster. Six month old; Noah and Joshua Morton are the children of Katie and Les Morton of Littlestown, and four month old Abigail and Lydia

Foster are the children of Debbie and Bob Foster of Gettysburg. "It's got to be unusual," said Katie Morton, "for a small church such as ours to have two out of two women pregnant with twins and due within three-and-a-half weeks of each other." Les Morton jokes that he has the marriage contracts all ready for the Fosters to sign. Pastor Pedersen preached during the message prior to the baptism that "Although

baptism does not make our children into Christians, baptism is the sign of God's covenant. Mark 10:14-15, states 'Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom fof God. Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will be no means enter it.'"
